Is there a contract required for service?
Answer: No long-term contract is required. We offer month-to-month service, but we do provide discounts for customers who sign up for annual agreements.

What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: You can cancel your service at any time with 7 days notice before your next scheduled pickup. There are no cancellation fees, but please ensure any outstanding bills are settled before canceling. We do not provide partial refunds.
